Very little is currently known about this billycart other than it missed out on competing at the Hillwood Billycart Derby in late January 2009.

Anyone who would like to share any sort of information is welcome to do so.  

It is great to see this billycart finally getting a run after many years of being left off the track.

Built in 1991, the billycart began its first few years competing at events in and around Launceston, Tasmania.

During this time it was painted brown and named it Desert Storm.

A second billycart enthusiast then purchased it who left it outside where it lost its shine before being relocated to Hobart.

This owner gave some former competitors a chance to race it before it was put into storage where it remained for about five years.

In 2007, new owner John Vickers purchased it for his son George to race.

At this stage some restoration of the billycart has been undertaken with a coat of paint and a new set of wheels.

The name has been changed as well.
